Before I decided to work in mental health, I was part of the outdoor industry/community. I spent several years living in the mountains of Summit County and am currently located on the Front Range. Prior to opening my practice, I worked in community mental health in Colorado for over a decade.
I offer telehealth/online sessions to increase access for people who are juggling busy schedules or live in remote areas. To keep things affordable, I accept insurance. If you would like to connect to see if we would be a good fit, I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
