Before I decided to work in mental health, I was part of the outdoor industry/community. I spent several years living in the mountains in Colorado and am currently on the Front Range. Prior to opening up my own practice, I worked as a therapist in community mental health for over a decade. I offer sessions online to increase your access to therapy.
