My approach to therapy is integrative, humanistic, & relational. I pull from different theoretical approaches to fit each unique individual’s needs because therapy should fit you, not the other way around. I don’t see people as a diagnosis, I see you as a human who has adapted to survive. Rather than ‘fixing’ you, we work to understand your patterns and change what is no longer serving you. I believe the relationship matters and safe connection heals. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel whole-heartedly accepted. I will meet you where you’re at and we’ll work together to move toward your goals. You will feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued as we navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. I specialize in working with young adults (especially college students) and those who work in helping professions. I enjoy career counseling, identity development, and helping people through major life transitions. I bring a curious & creative lens to counseling and encourage mind-body connection.
