I began my career focusing on children, using play therapy to help them express and process their experiences in a safe and supportive way. Over time, my training expanded to include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which has allowed me to work not only with children, but also with teens, young adults, and adults.
I especially enjoy supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges and transitions that come with life experiences. My approach involves creating a personalized, compassionate space where clients of all ages can heal, grow, and build a deeper understanding of themselves.
