I utilize a person-centered approach. My intention is to bring compassion, empathy and humor to every interaction. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic (body) awareness & psycho education into sessions. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, survivors of domestic violence, and students in transition. I have recently completed Youth Mental Health Specialist Training, and LGBTGIAS2+ Specialist Training.
