Weekly Meditation Tuesday’s at Sanctuary Somatics (513 S. Main Street)

Every Tuesday evening, from 6 pm – 7 pm, Sanctuary Somatics (513 S. Main Street) hosts a weekly meditation. This is not a guided meditation, but rather it serves as an hour of silence where folks can practice whatever style of meditation they prefer – so a space for those who already have an established practice that they would like to grow in a group setting. There’s no charge for this space, though folks have an opportunity to donate directly to the Sanctuary for use of the space.
