BREATHE into 2026

Hello friends. Happy New Year!
I have almost completed a 12 week facilitator training in the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Experience. This is my favorite of the many breathwork traditions. This style, I feel, is particularly transformational. Ideal for starting off 2026! To learn more about the tradition, visit here.
I embarked on this training with Giovanni Bartolomeo because I’ve witnessed how, for many of us, our deepest healing and transformation remain just out of reach without the power of conscious breath. I’m honored to share this work with my community.
I will be facilitating on January 8, 2026 from 6:30-8pm at Sanctuary Somatics in Gunnison. If you have never been to SaSO, it is such an incredibly special space very worth a visit. This will be a candlelit session to welcome in the New Year and set a tone of reflection and intention.
