Sarah Kramer has lived in Crested Butte since 2012, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with clients to determine what internal strengths, resources, and external support can be leveraged to help them achieve their desired goal. She also practices EMDR, a model for supporting clients in reprocessing past events and traumas that may interfere with their vision for their best self. She works with adults.
