Louise is a licensed social worker, specializing in motherhood therapy and supporting women through life’s bigger challenges. Louise understands, the unique challenges that women face in our modern society and are often burdened with managing everything on their own. Louise hopes to support women by fostering a deeper connection to themselves and the world by creating a secure sense of self, align more deeply with your most important values, and discovering your truest needs. She uses a wide lens when supporting mothers and women by recognizing both the personal struggles that they go through and social elements that impact them. Louise has been trained in various modalities in meeting the unique needs of women and mothers alike including Emotion Focused Therapy and Matricentric Feminism.
