Specialties: Children, adolescents, and women

I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work, with a specialty in children and families, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. My background in social work has allowed me to understand that individuals are unique, complex, and impacted by a variety of systems.

I work well with children and adolescents, and also find work with adults fulfilling. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and safe space.

I have trained in Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My work with IFS has helped me understand the value of learning about all parts of ourselves. My work is often intuitive, compassionate, curious, and individualized for the person or family I am working with.

I work with acute trauma, Post Traumatic Stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and more. I offer individual therapy, parent counseling, and family work.

In my free time I enjoy being active in the Colorado sunshine with my family, reading a good book, and baking.
