Hello! I’m Darlene Egelhoff, a Somatic, body-centered therapist. My practice is devoted to those who are grounded enough to go deep—individuals who have already done meaningful inner work and are now ready for true transformation. Drawing from advanced training in EMDR, Somatic and Parts Work therapies, nature-based integration, and mental health nutrition, I go beyond traditional talk therapy, to connect heart, mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I look to the body as a wise resource, ally, and guide to tap into the inner healing intelligence we all possess through a holistic perspective.
I work with those who are stable, self-aware, and emotionally regulated enough to explore deeper parts of self—therapists, healers, and growth-oriented individuals navigating transition, burnout, or longing for purpose, one layer at a time. My approach invites curiosity over judgment, compassion over striving, and courage to live authentically.
I am best suited to work with clients who have done significant psychotherapeutic work and are looking to go deeper, raise consciousness, awareness, heal, access higher parts of Self, spirit, wisdom, and more meaningful connection to discover purpose, step into their power, embody their greatest potential to affect positive change for themselves and others.
