I believe the outdoors offer both space for healing and opportunities to better understand ourselves. In my practice, I provide a safe and supportive space where clients are encouraged to engage in their own self-healing process. I use narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and acceptance and commitment therapy to help people explore their identity, values, and the stories they carry. My approach centers on respect, autonomy, and making room for individuals to heal in a safe, approachable therapeutic environment. Personally, I spend time skiing, mountain biking, running, and surfing when possible. I have traveled on the road around the western US and have lived in small ski communities that shaped my connection to the outdoors.
