I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. I support folks in navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, identity development, and the challenges that can come with major life transitions. I take a personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I’m also a certified EMDR therapist, and I especially enjoy helping clients work through experiences that may be affecting how they feel about themselves or the world.
