DESCRIPTION:Join local filmmaker Bjarne Salen for a special evening screening of three unreleased episodes from his new series Fika With Bjarne followed by a Q&A. The evening will include a giveaway from Coros\, Ibex and UTU\, proud sponsors of Fika with Bjarne\, as part of a fundraiser for CB State of Mind. Please donate when you purchase tickets or at the event to enter. \n  \nBjarne Salén \nI’m Bjarne Salén\, a 37-year-old cinematographer\, director\, and professional athlete living in Crested Butte\, Colorado. I’ve lived in the United States for 11 years and spent six years in Chamonix\, France\, where I started Endlessflow Films in 2010. Endlessflow Films makes adventure films and photos from places most filmmakers can’t reach — wild ski lines\, remote river gorges\, and cultural expedition stories. I also created The Fifty Project and Fika With Bjarne to share ideas and moments from life on the move. My work blends skiing\, climbing\, kayaking\, and storytelling to capture close\, personal mountain footage.

DESCRIPTION:Feel It All \nDrew Peterson\, CB State of Mind\, and Gunnison Valley Health are pleased to present a screening of “Feel It All” \nDate and Time:​Friday May 31st\, Doors at 5:30\, show at 6:00pm \nLocation:​ Crested Butte Center for the Arts \nFree and open to the community! \nAbout this event: \nDrew Peterson\, CB State of Mind\, and Gunnison Valley Health are pleased to present a screening of “Feel It All”\, followed by a discussion and mental health in the mountains. \nStory \nFeel It All chronicles professional skier Drew Petersen’s journey from the depths of suicidal depression to finding purpose\, strength\, and resilience by setting a goal to run the Leadville Trail 100 ultramarathon. Through blending the experience of skiing the highest 14\,000-foot peaks in Colorado that surround the Leadville 100 course with the emotional\, immersive story arc of running one of the most iconic 100-mile ultramarathons on the planet\, the film shows how within the struggle of living with mental illness lies an opportunity to access an infinite\, inexhaustible well of strength to achieve our limitless potential.
