What are your best hopes for our work together?” This question will serve as our starting point and allow us to envision how you’d like your life to be once your reasons for therapy have been resolved. Working in this way will help us transcend traditional problem-solving approaches to therapy and help you create the life you have been longing for. Along the way, we’ll consider the small, overlooked actions that may already be helping, what areas of progress remain, and specific steps for taking action and moving you toward your best hopes for life.

I work with people facing a variety of life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, and also those looking to enhance their lives through the benefit of coaching. Regardless of the need, I have found that meaningful and lasting change can occur without requiring long periods of therapy.

My approach is described by my clients, peers, and mentors as goal-oriented, respectful, thoughtful, practical, and collaborative. I am in-network with a number of insurance plans and provide internet-based individual therapy and life coaching. Contact me so that we can talk further about how working together can help you realize your best hopes for life.
