DESCRIPTION:Every Tuesday evening\, from 7:30pm – 8:35pm\, Sanctuary Somatics (513 S. Main Street) hosts a weekly meditation. This is not a guided meditation\, but rather it serves as an hour of silence where folks can practice whatever style of mediation they prefer – so a space for those who already have an established practice that they would like to grow in a group setting.
